The Stars U15 Girls Field Lacrosse squad closed off a remarkable inaugural regular season finishing first in the OWL B Division with an 8-1-1 record. Their box lacrosse skills have really paid off so far in the field season. The Stars capped a stellar regular season with a 9-8 nailbiter victory over St. Catharines last weekend. That win sealed first place for the Stars and second place for St. Kitts. They now prepare to play in the special Playdown weekend where the Top 2 B teams and the bottom 2 A teams play each other in a round robin in Mississauga. The top 2 teams out of the round robin will compete in the A division final and the bottom 2 teams out of the playdowns will compete for th B division championship. The Provincials will be played on the August 2-3 weekend in Whitby at the Lacrosse festival.
